Müşavirliğimize iletilen talepte Umman'da süt ürünleri üretimine dair Türkiye'den alanında uzman firmalar ile iş birliği yapılmak istenildiği bilgisi yer almaktadır. Bu kapsamda detaya ilişkin bilgiler aşağıda yer almakta olup firma yetkilisi ile iletişime geçilmesi beklenilmektedir. "I am writing on behalf of an Omani investment group currently in the planning stages of establishing a medium-scale reconstituted milk processing facility in muscat.

Our project specifications are as follows:

• Location: Industrial zone, Muscat
• Product portfolio: Drinkable milk (Shenan), set yogurt (Zabadi), and cooked cream (Kushta)
• Investment timeline: Procurement decisions within the next 60-90 days

Given Turkey's strong reputation in dairy processing technology and ingredient supply, and considering the well-established trade ties between Turkey and Oman, we are prioritizing Turkish suppliers for the following procurement categories:

1. COMPLETE PROCESSING LINE EQUIPMENT
   • HTST pasteurizer (3,500 L/h capacity)
   • Two-stage homogenizer (200 bar)
   • Reconstitution and blending tanks (jacketed, SS-304, 1,500 L)
   • Yogurt fermentation tanks (1,200 L, temperature-controlled)
   • Kushta cooking kettle with scraped-surface agitator
   • CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) automated system

2. AUTOMATIC FILLING & PACKAGING LINES

• PET bottle filling line for drinkable milk (250 ml and 900 ml)
• PP cup fill-and-seal machine for yogurt (400 g, 1,000 g, 1,500 g)
• Hot-fill PP cup machine for cooked cream (150 g)

1. RAW MATERIALS (RECURRING SUPPLY)
   • Skim Milk Powder (SMP) — Grade A, low/medium heat
   • Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) — 99.8% purity
   • Refined palm oil (RBD) for cooked cream production
   • Yogurt cultures (DVS freeze-dried)
   • Stabilizers, emulsifiers, and functional dairy ingredients

1. PACKAGING MATERIALS (RECURRING SUPPLY)
   • PET bottles (250 ml and 900 ml) with HDPE caps
   • PP cups (150 g, 400 g, 1,000 g, 1,500 g)
   • Heat-seal aluminum foil lids
   • Corrugated cartons and BOPP labels

1. UTILITIES & AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
   • Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant (1,500 L/h)
   • Steam boiler (250 kg/h, diesel-fired)
   • Industrial chiller (35 TR)
   • Diesel generator (120 kVA, continuous-rated)”
