2. Information on the Procurement Exercise
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
The type of contract and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP.
The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.
This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). 3. Other Information
The Client has received financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”) and intends to use part of the proceeds to pay for the contract(s) stipulated in this invitation.
The Client now invites applications to prequalify for the following contract(s) (the “Contract”), to be funded from the above proceeds:
• Construction of Midmile Fiberoptic Lines to Rural Settlements in Rural Places in Serbia (Phase 2A)– Region 1 – (LOT 1)
• Construction of Midmile Fiberoptic Lines to Rural Settlements in Rural Places in Serbia (Phase 2A) – Region 2 (LOT 2)
The Client aims to procure design and construction works for approx. 3,920km of underground mid-mile fibre optic network in rural areas in Serbia. Works will be conducted in 110 municipalities of the Republic of Serbia, segmented in approx. 361 clusters (sections of works). The contract will be based on Yellow Fidic conditions (Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build). The Contractor shall design and provide the works in accordance with the Client’s (Employer’s) requirements. The contract will encompass:
- Preparing Conceptual Design and acquiring Location conditions
- Preparing High-Level Design and Decisions on approval of works
- Optik kablo ve ilgili ekipmanın teslimatı ve kurulumu dahil olmak üzere inşaat işlerini gerçekleştirin
- As-Built Tasarımını hazırlayın ve jeodezik araştırmaları tamamlayın
Sözleşme(ler) 22 ayda tamamlanacaktır. Yukarıda listelenen bir veya iki lot için başvurular davet edilmektedir.
Tedarik sürecinin tam açıklaması, değerlendirme metodolojisi, katılımcılar için uygunluk ve yeterlilik gereksinimleri ve Sözleşmenin gereksinimleri, ECEPP'de bulunan Sözleşme için tedarik belgesinde yer almaktadır.
