Design of the WWTP, including all necessary design components covering process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, control, etc. and other "non-process" activities. 2. Coordination of the design and construction with all necessary authorities. 3. Obtaining all necessary permits according to relevant Egyptian regulations to provide electricity, potable water, telecommunication and materials to the WWTP and all works. 4. Obtaining all necessary permits for the design and construction of the works. 5. Construction, supply and erection of all works. 6. Testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and preparation of all submittal documents. 7. Preparation of Handover and Maintenance manuals, Standard Operating Procedures and training required for the operation and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 8. Provision of an Operation and Maintenance Plan for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 9. Rehabilitation works at the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 2,000 m3/day.
