Tender Reference No: A4000772025 - Supply of rice to the Correctional Institution under a 36- month contract.

(This tender is under the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement and will not involve electronic auction.)

Quantity: 4,392,000 kilograms

Purpose of Use: Rice is requested by various state correctional facilities to meet the needs of inmates.

Delivery Schedule: Goods will be supplied “as needed” upon the placement of an Order and will be delivered to the relevant Locations or designated ports within five (5) business days from the date of the Order or by the date specified in the Order (whichever is later) in accordance with Article 5 of the Special Conditions of the Contract.
