We are interested in purchasing the following products, willing and able to complete the purchase according to the specifications and quantity. If the cooperation goes well, we are willing to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with your company.

Product: Aluminum ingot A7, aluminum content not less than 99.7%; Price : Pls quote CIF ShenZhen Port,China.

QUANTITY: 10,000MT Aluminum ingot

PACKAGE: Aluminum ingots need to be bundled and packed to ensure they are suitable for sea transportation.

Destination Port : SHENZHEN PORT CHINA

PAYMENT TERMS: Irrevocable, indivisible and non-transferable 180-day bill of lading letter of credit (DLC-MT700).

Performance bond: 2% of the letter of credit amount as performance bond (PB).

Delivery Schedule: Delivery will be made within 25 days after receipt of the Letter of Credit (DLC), together with a quality inspection report.

Direct import: The buyer uses the CIF price, and the buyer bears the taxes and is responsible for customs clearance.

This letter of intent is intended to provide guidance for both parties to negotiate and draft a sales agreement that is in the mutual interest of both parties. This document does not constitute a legally binding contract, nor does it represent a commitment by either party to
